Transom Frame : 1000 X 20 X30 (Pine)
Transom : 525 X 1150 X 6 (Marine ply)
Transom fashion : 1800 X 20 X 50 (Yeelow cedar)
Redraw the actual size of transom on the ply wood and cut it out with tha jig saw. Also, make fashions and join by rabbeting.
Add the outboard bracket on the middle of top
