That is how to transfer from the lofting to onto the station woods. Firstly, lays a flat MDF PLY wood on the floor and put the lofting down. And sink the half of small box nails'head along the station lines - Hold the side of the nail and tap it with a hammer until the shank is flat in the floor. Then, press pair of timber which will be used as a frame down on the lofting. After that, remove every nails and draw a clean line on the impressions of nail head with a batten.  Lastly, cut the frame with the band saw along the line. The out side of timer become a station line.

We added gussets on the the station woods for making them stable.

Attach spalls up between the woods and also add legs.The height of leg has to be uniform throughout the stations.

Arrange every frame to each station lines in order. They must be level and parallel with the centre line.
